Dam Assessments Structure No. 2 - Souder Hollow Structure No. 3 - Fordyce Branch Structure No. 5 - Koetter Hollow Structure No. 6 - Whitson (Drescher) Muddy Fork of Silver Creek Watershed Conservancy District The project is for the assessment of the performance of operations and site conditions, including video inspection of principal spillway, necessary to prepare individual dam assessments of Structure Nos. 2, 3, 5, and 6 as identified above, in accordance with the National Watershed Performance Manual (NWPM). Assessments must be completed within one hundred twenty (120) days from date of award. A Signed Contract will be issued to the selected quoter(s) for the full amount of the work. Payment shall be made to the quoter after completion of the assessment of all dams, preparation of all required reports, and upon approval by the Muddy Fork of Silver Creek Watershed Conservancy District and NRCS. Respondents to the Request for Quotes (RFQ) must submit one (1) original copy of their Quote to the Muddy Fork of Silver Creek Watershed Conservancy District, Clark County, Indiana, no later than the time shown above. All Quotes must be sealed and clearly marked as outlined above. Quotes arriving after the deadline will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Faxed or e-mailed Quotes will not be accepted. The Muddy Fork of Silver Creek Watershed Conservancy District may accept or reject any or all parts of a Quote, as well as re-solicit for Quotes. Contract award criteria will be based on meeting the stated specifications, cost considerations, proposed schedule, and qualifications of the Quoter. All quotes must be valid for ninety (90) days.
