A/E Services Courthouse Square Parking Garage/Plaza Letters of interest/qualifications must be submitted as One Original + Four Copies (one copy to be unbound) according to the specifications. Offerees may email any written request for clarifications to the Washington County Purchasing Office at dalton.thompson@co.washington.pa.us or vankirkr@co.washington.pa.us . Such requests will not be accepted orally or via phone. Washington County reserves the right to use the rightfully awarded party on other ongoing projects at the below submitted rates. Some examples of projects that may be included in addition to the Courthouse Square Parking Garage/Plaza Renovations will be listed herein. The Courthouse Square project will be the immediate priority. The Washington County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all letters of qualifications. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
