No definite date for the rebid.** The Alachua County Housing Authority (ACHA) is inviting bids from qualified Contractors/Individuals to provide all labor, permits, equipment and materials regarding for Chain Link Fence Installation Fall 2022 for parcel number 17077-1-Lot Pinetree Terrace located in Waldo, Florida. See attached documentation. Bidders are encouraged to submit their lowest practical bid including all costs associated with the project listed within the procurement packet. Attention is called to the provisions for equal employment opportunity and payment of not less than the minimum prevailing salaries and wages according to the Maintenance Wage Determination attached. The Contractor must also ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. The ACHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. Bids may be held by the ACHA for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the bidders prior to awarding the Contract. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the ACHA.
