Saving Project...

Site work for a water / sewer project in Eagle Mountain, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

All inquiries must be submitted by the close of business (5:00 PM MST) on February 16, 2023. Questions submitted after the deadline will not be addressed. This project will consist of drilling a new well to be used as a culinary supply for Eagle Mountain City. The site for the well has been prepared to accommodate the drilling. We realize that all drillers tooling, bit sizes, and approach may be different for this well. With that in mind we have left leeway for each driller to bid the hole in a manner they see fit for their equipment. The final product must, however, comply with all DDW and DWR regulations. We anticipate the water table to be approximately 520 feet. We also realize that hole conditions may dictate the approach, once drilling the approach may change. Attachment B of the bidding documents contains a drawing of proposed construction, the drawing is also included as a separate document with the uploaded bidding documents. Vendors should carefully review all attached documents (Bidding documents, contract to be awarded and performance bond). A payment bond will be required if the vendor is using subcontractors. The contract, performance bond and possible payment bond (if using subcontractors),will be issued and required when a bid has been selected for award.
