As of December 26, 2023, this solicitation has been awarded to a consultant. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: City of Plainfield is seeking proposals and statements of qualifications from consulting firms with experience in providing Housing Rehabilitation Services under the Comprehensive Housing Assistance Program (CHAP), which is funded by federal dollars through the Community Development Block Grants. Proposals are being solicited through a Fair and Open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-51 and the Municipal Code of the City of Plainfield Chapter 2, Article 10 Sections 19,20,21, and 22 (Ordinance MC 2011-11). All information requested in the proposal package must be provided or the submitted proposal may be disqualified. Prospective respondents are hereby notified that an original, four (4) copies and (1) digital version of your Qualifications proposal must be submitted to the City. If you choose to hand deliver your proposal to City Hall, please deliver to the Office of the City Clerk located on the first floor before the prevailing date and time indicated above.
