The intent of this RFB process is to select the most responsive and responsible Bidder based on price, plus satisfactory service/performance. Supply and Install (1) New BAC Cooling Tower Model # S15E-1285-06LN-2 (contractor responsible for verifying voltage, phase, and other compatibility with existing location, capacity, and piping.) AND provide crane, rigging, and trucking to remove and replace one dual cell BAC cooling tower. Each Bid Proposal from the Bidder shall be accompanied by Bid Security Bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount of the Bid Proposal, inclusive of the proposed price for any additive Alternate Bid Item(s). Failure of any Bid Proposal to be accompanied by Bid Security Bond in the form and in the amount required shall render such Bid Proposal to be non-responsive and rejected by the District.
