Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Arlington, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work shall include furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to install erosion and water pollution control; removal of existing sidewalk, pavement, and subgrade; clear and grub existing landscaping; base course placement and grading; asphalt paving; construction of storm water conveyance, water main and drainage structures; constructing curb and gutter, sidewalk, ADA curb ramps; installing illumination; installing traffic signals; installing bus shelter pads; installing pavement markings and signing; performing traffic control; and miscellaneous items necessary to complete the project. Proposals must be submitted on the forms provided with the contract documents. All proposals must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a certified or cashiers check, or bid bond, for not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid, including additives and alternates, if any. Should the successful Bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory payment and performance bonds within the time stated in the specifications, the bid deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Arlington. No proposal may be withdrawn after the time stated above, or before Award of Contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) calendar days after opening of the proposals, or Bidder withdraws proposal due to error in accordance with Section 1-03.1 of the WSDOT Standard Specifications.
