The project generally consists of, but is not limited to providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, tools, and supervision necessary to perform Wet Well Cleaning Services at pump stations Bidders shall provide bid security in amount to ten percent (10%) of the base bid and proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders must comply with all statutory requirements in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Successful Bidder shall furnish a 100 percent (100%) Performance Bond and a 100 percent (100%) Payment Bond with a Surety company satisfactory to the OWNER. Notice of Award, whereupon the bid security will be returned. CONTRACTOR bid bond shall be in effect for 120 days or until a contract is signed whichever comes earlier. If the Successful Bidder fails to sign and deliver the Contract Documents and furnish the required contract security within ten (10) calendar days after the Notice of Award, OWNER may annul the Notice of Award and the Bid security of that Bidder will be forfeited to the OWNER as liquidated damages for such failure. Term of Agreement The term of this agreement will be for one (1) year with four (4) additional one (1) year renewal terms, subject to mutual acceptance by both parties. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding
