Site work for a municipal facility in Houston, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The Regional District of Bulkley-Nechako would like to construct a perimeter 10,000-volt electric fence that encloses the Knockholt Landfill and Houston Transfer Station site, located on Aitken (Mckilligan) Road, approximately 8km east of Houston BC. The installation will include 1500m (Figure 1) of 8-strand electrified wildlife (bear) fence (See Figure 2). Award is subject to final approval.
