Renovation of a mixed-use development in Garden City, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The purpose of this bid is two-fold: a) to establish a price basis for immediate maintenance and service for the HVAC equipment throughout Nassau BOCES and/or the Participating districts, and b) to establish a price structure upon which blanket orders may be issued for the replacement, new installation and/or design of new HVAC equipment and systems by Nassau BOCES and/or the Participating districts. The bidder(s) should be aware that the primary focus of a resulting contract shall be to provide services for the installation of new equipment as required by Nassau BOCES and/or the Participating districts. Preventive maintenance is generally performed by Nassau BOCES and/or the Participating districts' employees but may be supplemented under the resulting contract.
