REQUISITION NO: 197-002098 LOCATE AND MARK MBTA UTILITIES For all inquiries, please contact the following point of contact and list the IFB number: Buyer: Chris Francis Email: cfrancis@mbta.com With respect to Locate Requests regarding the MBTA's underground facilities that are generated by the Dig Safe System, Inc., the Contractor will perform all required location work as required in this contract and shall invoice the MBTA fixed monthly prices for three (3) year period. The Contractor, acting as an independent Contractor and not as an agent of the MBTA, agrees to furnish labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, insurance, and transportation as required to perform the Locates. The Contractor is obligated to monitor and receive such calls from Dig Safe, twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week. There will be no pre-bid conference for this procurement.
