Subcontractor prequalification requirements are indicated in the project specifications. All construction shown on the contract drawings and not expressly mentioned in the specifications and all work specified and not shown on the drawings, but obviously necessary to the proper execution of same, shall be performed by the Contractor, as it is not the intent to delineate or describe every detail and feature of work. No additions to the contract sum will be approved for any materials, equipment, and/or labor to perform work hereunder unless it can be clearly shown to be beyond the scope and intent of the drawings and specifications and absolutely essential to the proper prosecution of the work. C. Work under this contract consists of the complete construction work and includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, material, tools, and equipment necessary to complete all the work as shown on the contract drawings and as specified hereinafter. All grades, lines, levels, and bench marks shall be established and maintained by the Contractor, who shall verify all grades, lines, levels, and dimensions shown on the drawings, and shall report any errors or inconsistencies on the documents to the Professional before commencing work.
