**As of December 20,2022, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. No definite date for the rebid.** The required project substantial completion date is April 28th, 2023 with final completion date by May 26th, 2023 It is the policy of the Owner to encourage disadvantaged business enterprises, including minority and women business participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy. Work is generally described as follows: 1. General Construction of Uncompleted Stormwater Management Facilities.: Provide ll work identified in Specifications and as indicated on drawings, except work specifically identified as not in contract (NIC) or assigned to another contractor. Work generally includes, but is not necessarily limited to: o Construction of Pretreatment Sediment Basin #2 including inlet, outlets (SO-1,SO-5, SO-7), perforated standpipe (PS-2), overflow spillway, diversion structure (DS-2), including all connections, appurtenances and whatever else is necessary for a complete installation. o Construction of surface sand filter including providing sand, geotextile filter fabric, topsoil, seed and mulch, including all appurtenances and whatever else is necessary for a complete installation.
