Municipal Civil Engineering Services for the Town of Moriah Sewer District Upgrades project. The Town reserves the right to accept any and all proposal(s), reject any and all proposals not considered to be in the best interest of the Town, and to waive any technical or formal defect in the proposals which is considered by the Town to be merely irregular, immaterial, or unsubstantial.
