Smith and Loveless Duplex Pump System for Waste Water Transfer Station. Check both turbines and pump casings (Volute) for acceptable tolerances and mechanical seals. Upgrade is need on vacuum bowl system for the Volute. Check both 7.5hp motors, 1800rpm's for amp draw, also associated 50 amp circuit breakers p/n 4L202h and magnetic motor starters p/n 4L420G for proper operation. Check both single stage vacuum pumps and associated vacuum equipment. May need possible rebuilds and/or replacement. Check in-line 4" check valves for proper operation, one is leaking into the leak free isolation pan. They may need to be rebuilt or replaced. The drop down 4" pvc suction lines for the turbines need to be inspected for proper integrity to hold suction properly. Inspect the control panel for the Duplex Pump Station for the proper operation of all parts included in the operational system. Inspect the Level Control System for proper operation, the floats may not be operating properly p/n 4L291. Built up sediment will need to be removed from the 30,000 gallon holding tank.
