Failure to attend this pre-bid meeting and its associated project site walk(s) will disqualify bidders from participating in bidding on this project. Under no circumstances will the District be responsible for contractor's late arrival at the pre-bid meeting and the associated project site walk locations. All participants will be required to leave a business card with their CSLB# an DIR# on it. If the DIR# is not imprinted, please provide on the sign in sheet. The Department of Industrial Relations, State of California, has determined the general prevailing rates of per diem wages applicable to this work. Bid Security. Bid Security shall be in the form of: (a) cash, (b) a certified or cashier's check made payable to the District or (c) a Bid Bond, in the form and content attached hereto, in favor of the District executed by the Bidder as a principal and an Admitted Surety Insurer under Code of Civil Procedure 995.120 as surety (the Bid Security) in an amount not less than the percentage of the maximum amount of the Bid.
