Site work for a water / sewer project in Plainfield charter Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of constructing the following: 1,600 lineal feet of 8-inch water main including fittings, hydrants, valves, and water services. Plainfield Charter Township shall provide all water main materials. Contractor shall furnish adequate material, equipment, labor, and supervision to complete the specified work, which also includes testing, inspection, and placing the system in operation. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to Plainfield Charter Township in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of ninety (90) days after the receipt of bids. The work to be performed under this contract will be paid for with Plainfield Charter Township local funds. All contract payments will be made by Plainfield Charter Township.
