Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Plainfield charter Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The last day an addendum will be issued is three (3) business days prior to the bid. Questions will be received through March 10, 2023, and the last day an addendum will be issued is March 13, 2023. The project consists of constructing the following: 4,800 lineal feet of 8-inch water main including fittings, hydrants, valves, and water services. Including all necessary appurtenances, restoration, and 0.6 miles of road reconstruction. Plainfield Charter Township will provide all water main materials. Contractor must furnish adequate material, equipment, labor, and supervision to complete the specified work, which also includes testing, inspection, and placing the system in operation. The work to be performed under this contract will be paid for with Plainfield Charter Township local funds. All contract payments will be made by Plainfield Charter Township. Federal wages do not apply to this contract. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to Plainfield Charter Township in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of ninety (90) days after the receipt of bids.
