Reference number : 1661689 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-11-28 University of Quebec in Montreal hereinafter named the Owner, having its head office at 1430, rue Saint-Denis, H2X 3J8, Montreal, Quebec, is requesting tenders for the renovation of 7 classrooms, located in pavilions A, N , SH and V, including but not limited to: - Replacement of floor finishes, preparation and levelling of concrete slab, replacement of suspended ceilings, patching of gypsum and concrete block surfaces, painting, replacement of lighting fixtures and accessories, replacement and addition of wall outlets, replacement of electric heating baseboards, modification, correction and cleaning of ventilation accessories, balancing of air flow, cleaning of site. - Demolition work in asbestos condition (high risk lite) - Pavilion V only - Demolition work in crystalline silica conditions (all pavilions) awrd is subject to final approval. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
