**As of January 30 , 2023 project was awarded to VMI, Inc. , awarded amount is $291,942.74** The City is inviting bids from qualified individuals or firms interested in providing all necessary equipment, materials, and labor for the upgrade of the City's television production control room, playout server system, and the studio lighting systems per scope of work included in the bid document. All questions or requests for interpretation regarding this solicitation must be submitted via email to the following individual within the date and time specified: Purchasing Division, _PurchasingDivision@norwalkca.gov (please include the underscore at the beginning of the email address). Bidders are not to contact other City personnel with any questions or clarifications concerning this IFB. Any City response relevant to this IFB other than through the above City representative is unauthorized and will be considered invalid. The successful Bidder will be required to comply with Equal Employment Opportunity and all applicable federal, state and local laws, and requirements. The City of Norwalk hereby notifies all Bidders that the City will affirmatively assure that Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are afforded full opportunity to participate in the performance of contracts and sub-contracts financed in part or in whole with funds provided under this IFB, and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, gender, age, or national origin in consideration for an award.
