Description

Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The bidding process will be in compliance with the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5 percent, 5%, of the bid. By this notice, all provisions of the act apply to this project and are incorporated into notice by reference. Upon receipt of an acceptable bid, the contract will be awarded within thirty (30) days after the opening of bids and the written contract executed within ten (10) days thereafter. The successful bidding contractor must perform a minimum of 50% of total contract scope with their own in-house personnel, and provide full-time on-site project manager, on site daily. The Project consists of the construction of beautification of an existing alley including paving, shade structure, bathroom facility, dumpster enclosures and assorted other work more specifically defined on contract drawings.
