Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Cheverly, Maryland. Completed plans call for the construction of a 19,000-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; parking garage; and parking garage.
Project consists of new public works building with associated site work. Work includes new offices, public meeting, and vehicle maintenance / storage spaces as well as construction of an adjacent covered parking shelter and extensive site improvements associated with both structures. As of November 16, 2022, the awarded Design Builder has been confirmed. Project has bid to a private list and the project is scheduled to start February 2023.
