The project includes the procurement and installation of four (4) vehicle perimeter gates at the Boise Airport. Three (3) of the gates include replacing the existing, automated vertical lift gates, and one, new (1) automated sliding gate. The approaches at two (2) of the gates will include replacing the existing approach with new asphalt pavement. Replace three (3) existing perimeter gates with new vertical lift gates. Gate replacement work at gates 86, 514 and 560 includes but is not limited to removal and replacement of existing gates, operators, detector loops, and other related items in their current locations. Installation of new sliding gate, operator, key card reader, loop detector, other related items. Additional construction will include some paving, security fence modifications, and conduit trenching. The work at all gates includes the purchase and installation of all hardware, associated modifications to utility services, and any work required to maintain safety and security of the airfield at the four access points The City of Boise reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any irregularities in the proposals received and to accept the proposal(s) that are in the best interest of the City.
