The Gallatin Canyon County Water & Sewer District is soliciting Statement of Qualifications from interested and qualified consulting firms for wastewater collection and reuse water distribution system engineering design and construction administration services. The selection will be based upon the written proposal and interview if applicable. Questions and responses should be directed to: Scott Altman, District President, via email at gallatincanyonwsd@gmail. com. This solicitation is being offered in accordance with federal and state requirements governing the procurement of professional services. The terms and scope of the contract will be negotiated between the District and the highest ranked prospective consultant. If the District and prospective consultant fail to reach a contractual agreement, the District reserves the right to negotiate a contract with any other finalist. The District also reserves the right to reject any, and all responses at its discretion. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Questions or clarifications regarding this RFQ will be considered in writing until 5:00 pm local time on November 16, 2022. Responses to questions or clarifications will be published by the District and posted on the District’s website on November 18, 2022.
