To demonstrate Bidder's qualifications to perform the Work, after submitting its Bid and within 5 days of Owner's request, Bidder shall submit (a) written evidence establishing its qualifications such as financial data, previous experience, and present commitments, and (b) additional information as requested by Owner. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Question cutoff date and time will be December 5, 2022 by 2:00 PM. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
