Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, a bid bond or cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid price, payable to the owner. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance, labor and material bond in the amount of 100% of the accepted bid amount. No bidder may withdraw his bid within (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
