Marion County Business Services Department reserves the right to enter into contracts with multiple vendors based on price and the ability to meet the County's requirements needs. TERM: Selected vendor(s) shall hold prices firm for 1 year. Dependent upon the availability of funding, term of purchasing could be for up to 3 years. Department and selected vendor(s) may negotiate as industry prices change.
