Site work, remodeling, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Salem, Oregon. Design plans call for the addition of a educational facility.
Wright Elementary School is a single-story facility constructed in 1964. The school is within capacity with stable enrollment projected through 2025. The identified building improvement projects would include HVAC upgrades, music room improvements and plumbing work. Technology and communications improvements would expand wireless capacity and provide intercom system upgrades. Bond funds would also be used to provide updated electronic badge access and improved supervision of the main entry, as well as seismic upgrades. The 2018 bond was passed and approved by the voters on May 15, 2018. As of January 4, 2023, the bond vote passed. An architect has been selected. Construction now scheduled to begin in summer of 2023 and completed Fall of 2023.
