Location: Lee Elementary School: 5650 Venice Street SE, Salem, OR 97306 Salem-Keizer School District: 3630 State Street, Salem, OR 97301 Project will have re-roofing and interior renovation to create a secured vestibule and reception office. The scope will also include safety and security improvements with electronic key access, intercom, and cameras. Minor upgrade in the music classroom. Hammond only- the existing (1) portable classroom will be replaced to a recent unit with a permanent concrete foundation. The conference is mandatory and is held for the benefit of the Proposers. All Proposers pre-qualified under RFP 430 Small General Contractors, wishing to submit an Offer must attend.
