City of Laconia CDBG-Administration 2 Projects The City of Laconia requests written proposals from qualified firms or individuals interested in being considered for hire by the City as Grant Administrator(s) to manage two Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Projects in Laconia. Project 2: Lakes Region Community Developers proposes to acquire and rehabilitate a four-bedroom home with the purpose of maintaining it as an affordable housing unit. Specific administrative services to include the environmental review records coordination, maintenance of records, accounting, meetings, compliance with procurement and labor regulations, reporting and other federal adherence required by the CDBG Grant Agreement. These projects are funded through a Community Development Block Grant from the Community Development Finance Authority under the provisions, and subject to the requirements, of Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended. Previous CDBG administration experience required. You can submit on both, or just one project.
