DESCRIPTION OF WORK EASTSIDE 1.0 MG ELEVATED HYDROPILLAR WATER TANK 1595 Greenville Blvd SE, Greenville, North Carolina 27835 A. BASE BID: The work consists of overcoating the tank to include surface preparation and coating application on the tank exterior, interior dry and interior wet. B. Unscheduled repairs listed in Section 3.4 C. Scheduled repairs listed in Section 3.5 D. Coatings on the tank have been tested for lead and results are below the action level requiring lead removal containment. Due to location, containment will be required to keep work from affecting surrounding area. E. The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, and tools required to perform all work listed in these specifications, to include disposal of generated waste. Question Deadline 06/20/2024 Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Project consists of coating and miscellaneous improvements to the existing Eastside EWT.
