Project Location: East Avenue J, Robstown, Texas 78380. Nueces County Public Works Director, Juan Pimentel; will serve as the contract administrator for this project. The Contractor shall take proper care to avoid unnecessary noise, clatter or obstructions in walkways, sidewalks, and roadways. The Contractor shall not interfere with use or safe passage to and from building and adjacent facilities
