The purpose of this Request for Proposals ("RFP") is to solicit interest from qualified firms and/or individuals to provide professional services to the Township of Holmdel, specifically for the titles set forth in the Public Notice, with accompanying descriptions set forth herein. A qualified firm(s) and/or individual(s) will be selected through a competitive, quality-based, fair and open process at the sole discretion of the Township. If awarded a contract, your company/firm shall be required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Township of Holmdel is soliciting written responses, through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5, to a Request for Proposal (RFP), for the following services for the Township of Holmdel Township: Municipal Appraisal Services Municipal Architect Municipal Affordable Housing Attorney Municipal Attorney Municipal Auditor Municipal Bond Counsel Municipal Consulting Engineers Municipal Engineer Municipal Financial Advisory Services Municipal Group Health Insurer Advisor and Broker Municipal Labor Counsel Municipal Professional Planner Municipal Risk Manager Services Municipal Special Counsel Municipal Tax Counsel Municipal Cell Tower Consultant Municipal Prosecutor Municipal Public Defender Planning Board Engineering Services Planning Board Legal Counsel Planning Board Professional Planner Zoning Board of Adjustment Engineering Services Zoning Board of Adjustment Legal Counsel Zoning Board of Adjustment Professional Planner This RFP is being issued on an electronic basis and paper copies will not be provided.
