The purpose of this Request for Proposals ("RFP") is to solicit interest from qualified firms
and/or individuals to provide professional services to the Township of Holmdel, specifically for
the titles set forth in the Public Notice, with accompanying descriptions set forth herein. A
qualified firm(s) and/or individual(s) will be selected through a competitive, quality-based, fair
and open process at the sole discretion of the Township. If awarded a contract, your
company/firm shall be required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and
N.J.A.C. 17:27. Township of Holmdel is soliciting written responses, through a fair and
open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5, to a Request for Proposal (RFP), for the following services

waive any irregularities .or informalities in the proposals. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
