Pitt County Planning & Development Department (County) is soliciting proposals from firms (Consultants) to provide survey services for the acquisition of sixteen residential structures in association with a Hazard Mitigation Grant (HMGP 4393-0028-R). The County is currently involved in the administration of a Hazard Mitigation Grant funded by the North Carolina Department of Public Safety, Emergency Management Division and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). During the course of the project, the County will require services from a North Carolina Registered Land Surveyor.
