The project is expected to be awarded on February 21, 2023 ** The project entails street maintenance improvements throughout the City of Riverside on two residential locations, two collector streets, Mitchell Ave and Kansas Ave, and two arterial streets, including Jurupa Avenue (Palm Avenue to Olivewood Avenue), Olivewood Avenue (Jurupa Avenue to Prospect Avenue) and La Sierra Avenue (Cleveland A venue to Indiana Avenue). This project generally includes, but is not limited to, the resurfacing of deteriorated pavement with DGAC or FRAC and ARAM treatment; reconstructing damaged concrete sidewalks, driveways, pedestrian ramps, new bus pads, cross gutters, curbs, and gutters; adjustment of valve covers and manholes; and replacement of traffic striping, signs and detector loops. This project will also include the widening and realignment of Berry Road (Bush Avenue to Pear Street).
