The Agency is soliciting quotes from qualified vendors to supply and deliver twenty-five (25) pole-mounted self-contained solar bus stop security LED lighting system units to 1825 Third Street in Riverside, CA. Brand Name or Approved Equal - When a Offeror/Bidder intends to submit a response for an item other than that specifically named in the solicitation's scope of work, Offeror/Bidder shall submit its request for an approved equal. If submitting a request for an approved equal, Offeror/Bidder shall attach the make and model of the proposed items along with specification sheets in the Q&A section. All requests must be received before the Q&A deadline. Accept/Reject - RTA reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses, or any item or part thereof; or to waive any informalities or irregularities in responses. RTA shall have the sole discretion to determine the most responsive and responsible offeror/bidder. Covid-19 - RTA takes the safety of its employees and the safety of others very seriously. RTA requires vendors to ensure the employees self-check for temperature and symptoms before arriving onsite at either RTA's Riverside or Hemet facility.
