The City of Riverside is seeking proposals from a qualified consultant to provide services for the preparation of a Citywide Local Road Safety Plan in accordance with The Federal Highway Administration's procedures and to be eligible for future Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) Call for Projects. The city anticipates selecting one firm to perform the services. The successful proposer should have significant experience preparing Local Road Safety Plans (or similar) of comparable complexity and scale for communities similar that of Riverside in addition to community outreach, public engagement, and meeting facilitation experience.
