The City is seeking demineralized water treatment services. Provide the best overall maintenance plan for the fire protection systems at RERC. At a minimum the plan should include maintenance specified by the OEM, National and Local Fire Code. Proposal should include the scope details for each maintenance interval. Proposal should have a detailed breakdown for costs associated with each testing/maintenance interval. Proposal shall include inspection, testing and maintenance schedule for the next 5 years. The scope for each interval should be described in full detail. Proposal should include a minimum testing and maintenance plan covering fire alarm control panels including backup batteries, fire hydrants, sprinkler systems, smoke and heat detectors, smoke/fire dampers, pre-action system and water flow testing. Proposal should include monthly fire system monitoring. Proposal should include hourly rates and as needed maintenance and technical services for the next five years. Proposal should include the separate option to upgrade two existing fire alarm control panels and parts of the peripheral devices in the field that are obsolete.
