The general scope of work is a complete interior and exterior remodel of the residence. The work shall include repairing damaged drywall in the living Room, bathroom and dining room. New bathroom fixtures, new kitchen cabinets, new flooring and refinish existing wood floor in selected rooms of the Residence and repaint the entire inside including trim and doors. The exterior work shall include new fiber cement siding and painting. The following is a project estimate for bonding purposes: $140,000.00 Prevailing wage rates shall apply. Hood River County, Region 9 Cost Code; 13250-407042-45 Signing Authority, Scott Patterson Any statements made at this conference will not change the Plans and Drawings, Technical Specifications, or other Contract Documents unless an Addendum has been issued from ODFW and advertised on the OregonBuys System Liquidated damages will apply to the Contract resulting from this ITB. Project start date: 7 calendar days from issuance of notice to proceed. Substantial completion: june 23, 2023 final completion: june 30, 2023
