Site work and new construction of a residential development in Lexington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the construction of a 6,555-square-foot, two-story above grade residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Sealed bids will be received for the Pemberton Townhomes in Lexington, Kentucky. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality. Bids may not be withdrawn for 60 days after bid date. Faxed or electronic bid withdrawal will not be permitted Bids shall be accompanied by Certified Check or Bid Bond, payable to the Owner, in amount not less than 5% of bid. Successful bidder shall provide an acceptable 100% Performance and Payment Bond within ten days of receipt of a Notice of Intent to Award the Contract. 6. MBE and WBE participation/partnership strongly encouraged.
