Project will rebid in a future date.** Description: This is a request to submit a proposal on the installation of a new sidewalk and pedestrian bridge leading from the existing sidewalk at the end of the parking lot to the walking/running track to accommodate ADA requirements at Jessie Clark Middle School Final Completion Date April 30, 2023 1. This is a request to submit a proposal on the installation of a new sidewalk and pedestrian bridge leading from the existing sidewalk at the end of the parking lot to the walking/running track to accommodate ADA requirements at Jessie Clark Middle School located at 3341 Clays Mill Rd., Lexington, KY. 2. Contractor shall perform all work per FCPS's Grounds and Custodial Support Specifications and this scope of work. 3. The contractor shall provide all local permits, fees and inspections that are required. 4. The contractor shall provide an engineer's design drawing and calculations required to construct a new pedestrian bridge. 5. Furnish and install ADA standard handrails ( painted steel ) across bridge and sidewalks as needed. 6. Construct approx..75' x 7' concrete sidewalk from track to bridge. 7. Construct approx..35' x 7' concrete sidewalk from bridge to existing sidewalk. 8. Contractor to restore site after work is complete and haul away all construction debris
