Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Port Huron, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Work consists of furnishing all labor, material, and equipment required for Military Street Pocket Park Revitalization as shown on the Drawings or specified in the Project Manual. A certified check payable to the City of Port Huron, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and a surety company, in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. No bid may be withdrawn for at least ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. All bids must be submitted on proposal forms provided by the City of Port Huron for that purpose. All bidders are required to qualify according to the bidder qualification regulations for contractors biddingon City of Port Huron contracts as set forth in the instruction to bidders. Contractor must comply with theCity of Port Huron Uniform City Income Tax Ordinance.
