City of Sterling Colorado Request for Statements of Qualifications To Assess Housing Needs and Promote the Development of Affordable Housing It is the intent of the City of Sterling to enter into a contract with a qualified, professional firm pursuant to this Request for Statements of Qualifications to provide professional planning services for the analysis and implementation of land use/zoning code and policy updates to incentivize and/or reduce barriers to affordable housing support multiple initiatives aimed at advancing local planning and policy priorities and to assess infrastructure needs.
