This project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and material to provide lighting along the existing trail in .Jackson Morrow Park. Bids received after the aforementioned deadline will be returned to the bidder unopened. The BOW reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in submitting a bid, whichever is in the best interest of the City of Kokomo. The Contractor to whom the work is awarded will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to the contract amount before commencing work
