This project will resurface 750 feet of pavement at the Detroit Avenue and Dorr Street intersection and add safety improvements, and will reconstruct 280 feet of pavement on Woodland Avenue from Detroit Avenue to Junction Avenue. This includes removing and replacing the pavement, curb and gutter and the drive approaches, as well as minor drainage improvements. This project will also construct 500 feet of multi-use path. Bids for this project can only be accepted electronically. All lines shall be quoted. All bids must have the required paperwork and bid guaranty attached with this e-bid in order to be deemed responsive. If you are e-bidding and are using a check as the bid guaranty, the check must be received by the Division of Purchases and Supplies no later than the due date and time to be deemed responsive. The bid guaranty may be a bid bond or a certified check or cashier's check on a solvent bank.
