Remove existing gas piping and all components from equipment to be demolished back to main and cap. Provide complete natural gas system to all water heaters, boilers, and HVAC equipment. System shall include all piping, hangers, valves, regulators and any other items associated with the gas system to make system complete. Connect gas system into existing gas line / meter. provided by the site utility contract. Furnish and install a complete and operational direct expansion Variable air Volume rooftop unit. The system includes rooftop unit, medium and low-pressure ductwork, VAV boxes with hot water reheat, air devices, temperature controls and appurtenances. Rooftop units shall include DX coils, filters, gas fired heating section, controls and UV lighting. Furnish and install complete and operational exhaust systems. Exhaust fans include variable speed drives. Furnish and install ductless split systems, piping and controls. Furnish and install warming kitchen exhaust fan. Furnish and install exhaust systems to include fans, ductwork and air devices. Furnish and install all required condensate, equipment and drain piping. Furnish and install pipe, equipment and duct insulation. Furnish and install a complete and operational DDC control system. Installation of metering, service entrance, and Utility supplier coordination. Installation of main distribution equipment. Installation of power, lighting and supporting equipment. Installation of feeders and branch wiring including overcurrent protection, overload and disconnecting means. Installation of transient voltage surge protection and waveform correction devices. Wiring devices, multi-gang back boxes plates and supporting hardware and/or equipment.
