For Asbestos Survey and Abatement 2023-2026 The City of Toledo is seeking bids from qualified contractors to survey, remove, and dispose of asbestos containing materials (ACM) at scattered site locations. Selected contractor(s) will perform the following duties: asbestos survey, asbestos notification requirements to the Ohio EPA, removal of all ACM materials, and provide a clearance letter stating that all ACM materials have been legally removed. Copies of all reports validating the identification and removal of ACM materials shall be submitted upon completion of each project.
