Renovation of an educational facility in Normal, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 11,500-square-foot educational facility.

Provide all labor, material, equipment, and services necessary for the renovation of classrooms in the College of Visual Arts (CVA) Rotunda on the campus of Illinois State University, including the interior classrooms and common circulation spaces, to the northeast entry as an add alternate. Work will include the following: installation of new raised, tiered floors, demolition and replacement of existing interior finishes, fixtures and lighting, removal of dropped ceiling and replacement with new acoustic plaster and ceiling tile systems. The work will be done in one phase from May 2023 to January 2024. The entire project is to be operational and open by Spring semester, 2024. The project will be bid with four Primes: General, Electrical, HVAC, and Fire Protection. ISU will continue to maintain and follow all Illinois Procurement Code Regulations and Rules. Any submittals received after the identified due date and time will not be accepted or evaluated. Illinois State University requests that you submit a Certificate of Registration in an approved Apprenticeship and Training Program issued by the Office of Apprenticeship Training, Employer and Labor Services, Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training, with your bid.
