The property has a slab on grade foundation. The house is supported by a public water and sewer service, has a circuit breaker electric service, gas forced air furnace and gas water heater. The exterior is comprised of aluminum lap siding, wood doors and windows, and an asphalt roof. The property includes a detached one-car garage at the rear of the property, and a very large tree in the front yard. The building, housekeeping and property are considered in very clean and sound condition. The property is located on a public street with on-street parking, and the driveway parking is also somewhat limited. GENERAL PROJECT DESCRIPTION Repair failed portion of sanitary sewer service line.
